Auction: SW1020 - Maritime Mail of Spanish Colonies in America
Lot: 71
CubaOutgoing Mail1833, Oct. 30. Entire letter from Havana to Madrid, carried via the Lazareto de Mahón (Minorca, Balearic Islands), where three groups of concentric slits of disinfection were applied, resulting in a most unusual design, bearing very fine "Yndias" straight line (P.E. 5), and "5R" marking to pay the amount due on delivery. Extremely attractive.
