CubaOutgoing Mail1814-38. Two entire letters from Havana to Vilanova i la Geltrú and Madrid (Spain), the former endorsed "Fragta. Ana", both displaying two-line "Islas De/Barlovento" handstamp (P.E. 3) in red and, scarcely found, in blue, the latter being accompanied by an unusual "17.R" rate marking. A very fine and scarce duo.
