Cover from Caracas to Bogotá, bearing machine overprinted 30c., tied by "Caracas/Venezuela" c.d.s., with "Servicio de Transportes Aéreos/Barranquilla" c.d.s. and rare "Legación de Colombia en Venezuela/Libre de Porte./Acuerdo Postal Boliviano" three-line free franking handstamp alongside, this denoting the exemption of Venezuelan franking according to the "Boliviano" Postal Agreement (only the airmail fee has to be paid as this was not stipulated in this agreement).
