1917-22 Italian Post OfficesPeking1917, 2c. on 5c. green, hand surcharge, magnificent block of nine (3x3) applied on reverse of registered cover to Rome, with a further single example on front, all tied by "R.R. Poste Italiane/19.1.18/Pechino-Cina" datestamps, with Bologna entry c.d.s. on back and instructional marking for censorship exemption in violet on front.
