1917-22 Italian Post OfficesPeking1917, 2c. on 5c. green, hand surcharge, a remarkable block of nine (3x3), tied to large part of envelope to Rome by "R.R. Poste Italiane/29.12.17/Pechino-Cina" and Bologna (registered foreign mail) c.d.s.'s., with two strikes of the Italian Legation in Peking alongside.
