Single weight envelope via Vienna to Arezzo (Italy), bearing 1867 3s., 5s. and 15s., all tied by "Sulina" c.d.s.'s (fig. 856 in Tchilinghirian, where covers are "RRR" rated), with italic "P.D" alongside, reverse with Itzkhany, Italian transits and arrival datestamps.
