Rumania1864, 30 parale blue, printed from plates, horizontally laid paper, complete sheet of 40 units, of remarkable freshness, featuring a uniform impression and showing ample and quite even margins all around, unused with full original gum with few adhesives having hinge rests, featuring the central horizontal row of eight adhesives disposed sideways and exhibiting vertical tête-bêche in centre, in an unusual but fascinating arrangement of the sheet for which an explanation has not been found.
