"Eastern Telegraph Company Limited" telegram envelope from Buenos Aires carried by the "Mendoza" to Lisbon, bearing 1867-73 10c., tied on dispatch by c.d.s., showing French "Buenos-Ayres/Paq. Fr. N°4" octagonal datestamp and "300" reis due marking, with red "P. Transatlantico" c.d.s. on receipt.
