1845, 90r. black, greyish paper, worn impression, type I, strip of four, frame lines just touched in two places, generally wide margins, cancelled by framed “Cidade de Nictheroy” handstamp. Small closed tear in margin in centre at top. Multiples of this 90r. type I stamp are rare and desirable with this example being the second largest in existence, and unique as a strip. Cert.
