After the death of Italian poet and politician, Angelo Brofferio (1802 -1866), his three houses "Verbanella" in Minusio, were sold under the surveillance of the Municipality of Locarno through this share company and as a donation to the Hospital of Locarno. The total nominal capital of the company was Fr. 300.000.- (25 Series times 4000 Shares at Fr. 3.-). For cancellation the share was ripped. Repaired. VF.
