(see "A Favourite Cover" by Paul Hirsch, Postal History, vol. 274, page 57); the other franked by Paris print 15b. pair with "Braila-Galatz/Cursa III" c.d.s. (Dragomir fig. 1431 & 1432). A scarce fluvial mail along the Danube. Mi. 38, 40.
