1856-60, "Estancos" 10 c. dark blue, two strips of three with margins ranging from complete to large margins, used on 27 November 1860 entire letter to Cobija (Bolivia), tied by mute of concentric rings with blurred strike of red Valparaiso c.d.s. alongside. One stamp affected at base by small insect hole, not detracting from this very scarce and desirable franking, of great freshness. SFC 8j.
