1856-60, "Estancos" 10c. slate blue, pair with two stamps diagonally bisected, large margins, attractively tied by blue target obliterators to 1860 (March 7th) cover from Concepción to Coronel; as well as an entire letter (horizontal crease away from the adhesives and reinforced on reverse) from Santiago to Valparaíso, franked by two diagonal halves of 10c. dark blue. Scarce frankings paying the double rate. SFC 8g, 8j.
