Entire letter from Bahia to Genoa (Sardinia), conveyed by the “Conte di Cavour” of the “Compagnia Transatlantica” on her last voyage to South America, with neat framed “Vapori transatl.” h.s. applied at Genoa, charged 1.10 lire for each 7.5 grams. One of just six covers known. Ex Comelli.
