1921, "(Hand) Vaolr 10 centavos (Hand)" on 50c. pale green, showing "Vaolr" variety, with part of a double surcharge at lower left, cancelled by "Navegación Aérea/Neiva" and SCADTA oval handstamp of Girardot on cover to Bogotá, uprated, for the national postage, with 1c. and 2c. tied by 16 Nov. datestamp on arrival.
