1921, "30c - 30c" surcharge on 50c. green, with first "3" of "30" in the surcharge missing, and national postage 3c., both tied by "Colombia Bogotá - Despacho Correspondencia Interior" c.d.s. on envelope to Chicago headed "El Tiempo" (newspaper of Bogotá), internally carried on experimental flight, showing three-line "Sociedad Colombo-Alemana/De/Transportes Aéreos" handstamp alongside. Stamp with two corner creases and small surface scuff at top right. One of the two covers sent abroad in the restricted group of five covers known franked with the first surcharged adhesive.
