1867, 5c. blue-green, fourth re-engraving, a splendid vertical strip of four, positions 20 / 32 / 44 / 56, ample to large margins, on single weight entire letter dated May 16, 1868 from Tupiza to Salta (Argentina). Each stamp showing the ´´contratos´´ inscription crossed out, thus denoting usage for postal purposes and cancelled by ´´criss-cross´´ strokes, with neat italic ´´Tupisa´´ handstamp alongside and Argentina transit represented by ´´Admón de Correos/Jujuy´´ circular handstamp on reverse.
