1867, 5 c. green, fourth re-engraving, horizontal pair, pos. 53-54, showing large margins all around with part of neighbouring stamp at right, especially fresh tied by pen strokes also cancelling the ´´Contratos´´ inscription on the adhesives, on 3 May 1868 entire letter from Tupisa to Salta (Argentina), showing neat blue strike of italic ´´Tupisa´´ at left, backstamped in transit at Jujuy. The cover was underpaid 10 c. (thus only paying a single internal rate); the deficiency was not recognized and therefore not charged on delivery.
