                        1864-66, 15c. blue, semi-worn impression, horizontal pair, in mixed franking with 1867-73 ´´Próceres´´ 10c. green, making up a 40c. franking which covered the registration fee up to 25c. and the triple weight postage of 15c. on registered cover from San Luis to Rosario, tied by elusive ´´Admon de Correos/San Luis´´ double circle in blue with three strikes of framed ´´Certificado´´ applied in angles as stipulated, with 4 June 1869 Rosario cds alongside, receipt docket and signature inside by the addressee compulsory for registered mail.
