"...Mouth: rich yet playful, candied, extremely sippable, all on fruitcakes and various herbs that keep it full of youth at almost 40 years of age. Old sweet white wine, then a little mint (mint julep?), caramel fudge, onion jam, liquorice… Some sherry but it’s no sherry monster as such. Finish: rather long, rounded, clean, fresh. A little more honey again." (5 stars-Whiskyfun)
