1899 (29 Sep.) small red band cover to Hankow bearing on reverse C.I.P. 2c. cancelled by Shanghai bilingual c.d.s., with Hankow arrival c.d.s. (3.10) and framed "Postage Paid. Do not Demand. Do not Pay" h.s. in black , the envelope originating in the Imperial Post for transmission from Shanghai to Hankow, then passed to the Min Hsin Chu then delivered it to the addressee, fine cover.


1899年上海寄黃州電報局紅條封1件，正面手寫“煩局送漢口鎮閘廿九王子舫轉寄”，貼倫敦版蟠龍2分枚，銷上海9月29日小圓戳，到達漢口有漢口10月3日小圓戳，另蓋漢口大清郵政信力已付勿給勿索碑型戳，郵件按照寄信人要求到漢口後交民信局轉寄，蓋漢口協興昌信局，武穴全泰盛輪船局，黃州全泰盛記輪船信局戳，郵路清晰，保存完好，清代官轉民信局郵件少見
