(6.4) on reverse, with same day "Shanghai/Local Post" arrival c.d.s. adjacent, fine.


1894年煙台寄上海實寄封1件，貼小龍3分1枚，騎縫蓋黑色煙台中文戳，另銷菸台4月海關日戳，有上海4月6日海關日戳，及上海同日工部到達小圓戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，寄信人手寫地址威海衛，由當時威海衛大清郵政未開設郵局，因此由煙台交寄
