(15.11), alongside showing "Affrancissement/Insuffisant" framed handstamp and triangle "T" postage due handstamp, 5d. unique Customs Mengtsz postage due cover, very rare.


1893年雲南蒙自寄英國實寄封1件，正面貼法國票25分1枚，寄信人以現金方式繳納中國郵資，銷蒙自11月11日海關日戳，經東京老街，海防中轉，法國票銷老街16日戳，另有海防23日戳，法國輪船郵局12月3日戳，倫敦29日中轉戳，及克利夫頓到達戳，到英國後郵件因郵資不足作欠資處理，又蓋欠資戳，郵路清晰，保存完好，少見
