1937 (25 Feb.) envelope registered to Paris bearing $1.10 franking tied by Yunnanfu c.d.s. with the registration label and faint Chinese air mail handstamp, the reverse with Tonkin and Paris (3.3) c.d.s; a small part of the flap is missing. Should pay 25c. surface, 65c. air and 25c. registration but underpaid by 5c. A scarce cover from Yunnan. Also 1936 (18 Nov.) envelope to Austria, "Airmail via Hanoi" and with small "Via Hanoi" printed in dark red, the reverse with $1.65 franking. overpaying the double rate franking by 10c. Rate 1.2.2.1.
