1897 (27 Sept.) opened-out flimsy envelope used locally in Tientsin bearing Large Figures, Narrow Setting 1c. on 1ca. horizontal pair variety imperforate between stamp and interpanneau margin, cancelled by light Tientsin pa-kua and, on the reverse, Tientsin Dollar dater along with postman's delivery note. 1897年9月27日寄天津破剖實寄封，貼慈禧壽辰紀念大字短距洋銀壹分蓋於壹分橫雙連，過橋邊紙漏齒變體，銷天津八卦戳，背銷天津戳旁邊有郵差送信注解，少見。
