Brass envelope to Soochow bearing Redrawn 2c. on 2ca vertical strip of three (straight edge at foot) tied by Shanghai Dollar dater in deep blue and, on the reverse, Soochow Dollar dater (26.9) arrival; a little roughly opened and one stamp with defective corner. Pays triple rate. A scarce value on cover. Photo
