Nanking
1895 (Oct.) opened-out envelope to Nebraska bearing U.S. 1892 5c. Grant tied by "u.s.postal agency/shanghai" duplex (23.10) along with a good strike of the unframed "u.s.charge/to collect 10 cents" in black and there is a large manuscript "T" in black ink and, on the reverse, a fair to good strike of the Large Garter Nanking Agency postmark in grey-blue, a faint strike of Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (20.10), San Francisco (2.11) directly over the Nanking postmark, and Cucton arrival (25.11). Some light soiling and reinforced eges.
