Swatow: 1899 (6 June) printed paper rate envelope to London bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 2c. tied by a superb strike of the Swatow bilingual c.d.s., the address side with Hong Kong 2c. carmine tied by Hong Kong c.d.s. and a good strike of the Swatow type 1 boxed tieprint; the corners of the envelope have been cut to demonstrate the printed paper matter inside. A good cover and early dates of the bilingual c.d.s. and tieprint
