1899年福州寄倫敦印刷品實寄封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍2分1枚，香港女王像2仙1枚，蟠龍銷福州6月13日小圓戳，香港票騎縫銷福州IPO戳，經香港中轉時香港票另銷17日香港日戳，郵戳清晰，封舌處略有缺損，整體保存較好，早期福州寄出國際印刷品較少見
