(2) tied by Weihaiwen dated oval with Hong Kong 2c. carmine tied by Shanghai c.d.s. and one strike of the boxed tieprint, the reverse with Chefoo Dollar dater (28.4), Shanghai bilingual (2.5) and Bath arrival (5.6) c.d.s. the envelope has been repaired at top where the cover had been roughly opened


1899年威海衛寄英國實寄封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍2分1枚，4分2枚，香港女王像2先5枚，蟠龍銷威海衛郵政局4月26日英漢橢圓戳，香港票騎縫銷威海衛IPO戳，經煙臺上海中轉，有煙臺4月28日大圓戳，上海5月2日小圓戳，香港票到香港後銷上海5月2日英國客郵局日戳，另有英國6月5日到達戳，郵路清晰，保存完好，銷威海衛IPO戳郵件少見
