The Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, $5, 19.1.1910, serial number F/S 54898, green, red and pink, coat of arms at upper centre, '$5' in red at upper left and right, value 'FIVE' in red underpint at centre, black printed signature of Cochrane at lower right, reverse green, value and bank title at centre, '5' at four corners, (Pick 34), PMG 12 Fine (Annotations) with edge splits and small holes. The Pick plate note for the 16th Edition. The PMG population report shows only two notes of this type have been graded and both have been given a score of 12. Extremely rare in any form and a similar note was last sold by Spink in January 2016 for $216,000 (including the Buyer's Premium). The second note of a magnificent pair!
