1920 (20 Mar.) envelope registered to Winch Bros., Colchester bearing, on the reverse, "CHINA" 1c. (2) and 4c. (9) tied by light strikes of the type I c.d.s., a good strike of double-oval "deputy commissioner's office/swatow" with date which is struck in purple and a fine and complete red wax seal of "office of maritime/customs/swatow" with Hong Kong and London (7.5) registered datestamps. The face bears a fairly indistinct strike of the rare "R/swatow b.p.o." registered handstamp. A very appealing cover. Photo
