1904年大清郵政倫敦版蟠龍加蓋欠資2分新票郵局總包1件，帶原封皮，封皮印有紅色“大清國郵政，欠資二分票壹千個”英漢雙語字樣，另蓋有負責人名章，內裝倫敦版蟠龍加蓋欠資2分票左右雙全格小版25件，背面均附硫酸紙，為當時大清郵政分配給下屬郵局郵票包裝之原樣，保存完好，原汁原味，極為難得，是研究清代郵政制度及郵票配給重要實證
