1941年9月16日上海"經空郵"寄荷蘭航空掛號封, 貼郵資十一圓八角, 銷上海日戳, 貼有掛號簽紙, 紫藍色香港"航空-中轉/5"印記, 另有香港檢查簽紙並蓋方框"118"戳, 其上蓋了德國檢查標簽, 在封背有10月8日檀香山及10月11日紐約的中轉戳. 郵資中五角是普通郵費, 掛號費亦是五角, 為經歐洲國家第三路線而付空郵費五圓四角的雙倍費用.
