1940 (25 June) commercial air mail envelope to London bearing $2.25 franking tied by Shanghai c.d.s. bearing black on grey-blue Par Avion etiquette and a fair strike of "Diverted by air via U.S.A. owing to/suspension of Air France Service" in purple, U.K. and another censor seal at side; two vertical folding creases. A good cover demonstrating the change of route because of the war in Europe. Photo
