Fenghsien: 1909 (Aug.) envelope to Lille, "France via Siberia" bearing C.I.P. 10c. ultramarine tied by a very fine strike of circular, three-section postmark, "Fenghsien/agency/Yunkiashun" with a second strike alongside; the reverse with Peking bilingual c.d.s. (6.8), Peking French Post Office (7.8), two later Chinese c.d.s. of Chihli (19 and 21.6) and Lille arrival (23.8). A fine example of this scarce agency marking. Photo
