1942 (20 Mar.) air mail envelope registered to California bearing $10.70 franking tied by Samhop dotted c.d.s. with the registration label alongside, censor seal at right with censor handstamp and Indian censor red wax seals plus "DHF/9" censor handstamp in violet; the reverse with Kweilin, Calcutta (6.4) and New York (20.5) plus Manteca arrival (25.5) datestamps. A little roughly opened at side but with the original contents. Paying $8.70 for route 8, $1 postage and $1 registration. Scarce. Photo
