Also 1919 (17 Aug.) red band cover to Tihwa bearing, on the reverse, first Peking print 3c. (3) tied by Peking c.d.s. with Tihwa arrival alongside, with a fine example of the Provincial censor seal type 2; some light soiling and pays the 9c. rate to Sinkiang. (2 covers)
