(12.10) and Provincial censor seal type 5; readdressed to Tahcheng. Also 1928 (13 Sept.) brown paper newspaper wrapper addressed to Sven Hedin in Urumchi (with Chinese address below) bearing second Peking print 1c. pair tied by Peiping English/Chinese c.d.s. and bearing, on the reverse, two strikes of Tihwa c.d.s. (5.11) and (19.11); part of the front has been excised. Pays 2c. international newspaper rate; the addressee, Xu Xushing was a Chinese leader of the North-West Expedition. (2 covers)
