Chengtingfu: 1902 envelope registered to Kaifengfu and marked "If he has not arrived at Kaifeng after one month please send letter to the German officer Tisner Peking", bears C.I.P. 4c. tied by a superb strike of the Chengtingfu Post Office rectangle with 5c. tied by large "R"; redirected to Peking, the reverse, Kaifeng, Paotingfu (2) Post Office rectangles. Peking bilingual dated oval (18.6) and Chengtingfu rectangle; with the post office return slip which is stamped with Post Office rectangles of Kaifengfu, Shuntehfu (in red), Paotingfu and Chengtingfu; a horizontal crease at the top of the envelope runs through the stamps.
