Changtefu: 1900 large part wrapper to Canada bearing C.I.P. 2c. and 10c. tied by a very fine strike of Changtefu rectangle, the reverse bearing a fine strike of Shuntehfu rectangle, Paoting Dollar dater (14.2), Tientsin (15.2) and faint Shanghai bilingual c.d.s. The wrapper has been turned and there is a similar array of postmarks with bilingual "PAID" crossed through, Shuntehfu and Changtefu rectangles, Paoting Dollar dater (1.1), Shanghai and Tientsin (29.12) bilingual c.d.s.
