1900s-1910s a group of rare model of a Chinese funeral procession from the late Qing Dynasty and early Republican era features 36 miniature figures, each approximately 5cm tall. Each holds a musical instrument, a white banner, or a wooden frame (used to carry a coffin), each performing a specific function. Each figure is handcrafted from clay and painted in a variety of colors, each resembling a true-to-life figure. When arranged, the procession creates an imposing and majestic scene. While some individual figures may be slightly damaged, this over-a-century folk art piece remains a truly exceptional collectible.


1900-1910 少見清末民初時代中國葬儀行列模型, 全組共36個不同小型人物, 均身長約5cm, 手中各持不同樂器, 或白幡, 或抬木架 (上以載棺槨之用), 各司其職. 各人物以黏土手造, 敷以不同色彩, 形神俱似, 排列起來, 只見莊嚴無比. 個別人物有少許殘缺, 但這組過百年之民間手工藝品, 仍屬非凡的收藏品.
