1890s-1900s Twelve colored paintings of current events in China from the French magazine "Le Petit Journal" (some of the paintings come with the entire magazine); Include the picture of killing of church officials that led to the Boxer Rebellion, Pictures of the west great powers dividing China, pictures of the training of new-style armies in the late Qing Dynasty, pictures of foreign armies fighting against Qing soldiers, etc. These old objects, which are over 120 years old, are good materials for understanding the situation of China in the eyes of foreigners at that time.
