Yi Xing Gong Si (Patriotic Rising Society), San Francisco, United States, China, membership / crowdfunding certificate of $2, Year 5 of the Tian Yun period, rebels of the Taiping Rebellion were persecuted after its defeat, so many of them headed overseas for survival, and the emigrants joined these 'Gong Si' (Societies, but named as 'Company' to appear less conspicuous) to continue their quest in spreading their influence to overthrow Manchurian rule in China as per the original mandate of the Heaven and Earth Society. This is evident in the membership certificates with composite characters which translate to 'Gong Tong He He' (united together in peace) and 'Jie Wan Wei Ji' (gather in tens of thousands to make a mark).

天運5年金山正埠（美國舊金山）義興公司會員憑證或2美元募資證明書。太平天國起義失敗，諸部將亦多亡命美洲，並加入致公堂（又曰義興公司），幫助海外華僑之餘亦繼續傳播反清思想。義興公司源於洪門（即天地會，哥老、三合等會），因此其會員憑證上亦不乏他們仰慕關羽忠膽俠義的特色，例如兩枚合體字分別代表「共同和合」及「結萬為記」。此票EF品相，與大英博物館藏品幾乎相同
