Q.V. size H2 envelope to Devonport uprated (on the reverse) 4c. carmine, 5c. yellow, 20c. on 30c grey-green and 30c. brown cancelled by Registered Hong Kong c.d.s., the address side with large part black on brownish red "insured." label, "Insured for six hundred francs" and Yokohama a Marseilles transit datestamp (12.1), the reverse with London and Devonport (12.2) registered datestamps; some creasing and soiling. Pays 55c. insurance. Scarce use of the 30c. brown (thought to be only 17 covers recorded)
