Office of Works to Nottingham uprated with 5c. yellow, 10c. blue (2) and 30c. grey-green (two values are on the reverse) cancelled by Shanghai c.d.s., with the black on mauve "insured" label and manuscript "Insured for three pounds five shillings £3.5.0" and other manuscript marks for 81f.90c., Ligne N no.10 transit (21.10) and government red wax seal, the reverse additionally with Hong Kong, London and Nottingham (21.11) registered datestamp. Some light soiling. Scarce
