1870 (3 Dec.) opened-out envelope to South Wales "Via Southampton" bearing 1863-71 24c. (straight edge at left) well tied by a fine strike of the "N1" barred oval in blue with "1/-" rate mark in red ink, the reverse with neat despatch c.d.s. in blue, Hong Kong (10.12), Haverfordwest (30.1) and Newport arrival c.d.s.; slightly ragged at top. Very scarce, only 23 covers recorded
