1894 (9 Aug.) Hong Kong 1c. postal stationery card addressed to "R.S. 'Kaipan', Sama,. Hainan" cancelled by Hong Kong code "C" c.d.s. with Hoihow thimble (14.8) and shows a fine strike of the boxed "hainan/land/post/samah" in reddish with manuscript date insertion "Aug 19/94" plus circular "hai/samah./nan" (a second strike on the reverse). A few slight age marks. Fine and very scarce, believed to be one of only two such post cards
