1865 (13 Apr.) Burke envelope to Dublin "Via Marseilles" and marked "Naval Officers Letter 'Severn'" bearing no watermark 12c. with Crown CC 8c. tied by "B62" in blue with "9" rate mark in red crayon, the reverse with faint Hong Kong despatch and indistinct arrival. It would appear that the recipients of these letter had got word back that the earlier letters had not been posted correctly
