1899 (27 May) envelope to Liverpool (10.7) bearing C.I.P. 10c. cancelled by Tientsin Paukua seal and Tientsin bilingual c.d.s. in combination with Q.V. 10c. cancelled by Shanghai/C c.d.s. (31.5) and I.P.O. tie print in blue, with arrival c.d.s on reverse. Roughly opened but an attractive piece with the use of Tientsin first type of I.P.O.


1899年天津寄英國實寄封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍10分1枚，香港女王像10仙1枚，蟠龍銷藍色天津八卦戳，另天津5月27日藍色小圓戳，香港票騎縫蓋藍色天津IPO戳，經上海中轉，有上海5月30日小圓戳，香港票銷5月31日上海英國客郵戳，有英國7月10日到達戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好
